Recently, many places have recruited nucleic acid samplers with a daily salary of over 1,000 yuan, and the monthly salary of some employers in Shanghai has reached1.8,000 to 20,000. Everyone thinks that the salary of nucleic acid sampler is very high, but we don't understand why nucleic acid sampler is so high. In addition to academic qualifications, you also need a PCR certificate (that is, a clinical gene amplification detection technician certificate), a nurse certificate or a clinical practitioner certificate. These thresholds have become hard conditions in recruitment.

According to the previous industry rules, nucleic acid inspectors first need physical examination titles, such as middle and senior titles or junior titles for different positions. In addition, PCR is essential. However, because there are few nucleic acid detectors in the market that fully meet the industry rules, many places have become able to participate in the detection as long as they have PCR certificates. However, in the recruitment of nucleic acid sampler, nurse certificate or clinical practice certificate is still a necessary condition in recruitment.

Therefore, because the post itself requires a higher post, the high salary of nucleic acid inspectors is inevitable under the principle of "rare things are precious". After all, high salary is attractive.

Thirdly, finally, I think it is very important that it has a great relationship with the working hours, working intensity and time uncertainty of nucleic acid testers.

After the outbreak, many epidemic areas undertook a considerable proportion of nucleic acid detection tasks for all staff and key populations. As ordinary people, what we need to do is to cooperate with nucleic acids, but these nucleic acid testers need to work overtime. When busy, the laboratory is brightly lit all night, just to ensure the timeliness of nucleic acid results.

Such working hours and intensity are no longer known as nine to five and weekends, so such a position faces professionalism on the one hand and hardship on the other, so I think it is reasonable to get a high salary.
