Office: responsible for daily affairs management and external liaison reception.

China Merchants Bureau: responsible for the establishment, approval and management services of foreign-funded enterprises, and for the introduction and import and export trade of foreign-funded projects.

Construction Management Bureau: responsible for development zone planning, project approval, public facilities construction and maintenance management.

Economic Development Bureau: responsible for the approval, statistics, safety supervision, science and technology and industrial development planning guidance of domestic projects.

Finance and Taxation Bureau: responsible for tax investigation and management, organization and collection of vehicle and vessel use tax, farmland occupation tax and deed tax, and debt settlement management.

Human resources bureau: responsible for human resources management and employment guidance in this region, and for party-mass management and guidance.

Social Affairs Bureau: responsible for the management of social affairs such as education, health, culture, civil affairs, letters and visits, population and family planning.

According to the strategic planning of economic and social development, the overall urban planning and the actual situation of the development zone, Laiyang Economic Development Zone plans to build a living area, two green landscape belts, three industrial development axes and six industrial parks in the zone. Living gathering area, that is, with the resident of the Administrative Committee and the Qixing River Basin as the center, is planned to be 2 square kilometers, and the living gathering area will be built around enterprises and supporting services for new rural construction. Two green landscape belts, that is, using the existing water system, form a green landscape belt with Bailong River and Qixing River as the main body. Three industrial development axes, namely along G204, Changjiang Road and Fushan Road. Six industrial parks: one is the automobile and parts industrial park. With Changjiang Road and Fushan Road as the axis, Jingshan Road in the south, Longmen Road in the north, Changjiang Road in the east and huanghe road in the west, it is planned to be 6 square kilometers. Relying on Shanqi, Shu Chi Bus, Shenyu Diesel Engine, Chongao Auto Parts and other enterprises, we will focus on developing projects such as automobiles and spare parts. The second is the fine chemical industry park. Shelley Road is laid out on both sides of the central axis, with a planned area of 4 square kilometers. Based on poly isocyanate, TDI-related products are mainly developed. The third is the biological high-tech industrial park. With Haihe Road and Changjiang Road as the axis area, it is planned to be 5 square kilometers, and relying on Hanlin Biological Project, it will focus on developing high-tech projects such as medicine and chemical industry. The fourth is the electronic information industrial park. Focusing on the areas on both sides of Longmen Road and Fushan Road, it is planned to be 2 square kilometers, and relying on the new touch panel and Louis Tong project, it will focus on developing the electronic information industry with high investment density and high technology content. Fifth, small and medium-sized entrepreneurial parks. To the north of Loi Siu Line, with huanghe road and Zhujiang Road as the axis area, it is planned to be 4 square kilometers, focusing on developing small and medium-sized projects with high investment density and high return rate. The sixth is the logistics industrial park. On both sides of Longmen Road and Fushan Road, and at the intersection of Shenhai Expressway and Laiwei Expressway, it is planned to be 2 square kilometers, focusing on developing modern logistics and warehousing logistics projects around the radiation to surrounding areas and supporting industrial economy in the region.
