In order to create a quiet and harmonious environment for students to study, rest and take exams, prevent noise interference and maintain the order of city appearance, according to the Regulations on the Administration of City Appearance and Environmental Sanitation in Jiangsu Province, it is decided to strictly strengthen the management of city noise during the college entrance examination and senior high school entrance examination. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the noise "strict control period"-June 2 to June 5.

It is forbidden for all units and individuals engaged in construction, decoration, production and processing to carry out construction work from 22: 00 at night to 6: 00 the next day and from noon 12 to 14;

It is forbidden to set up stalls and sell around the test center schools;

Prohibit the use of loudspeakers in commercial activities to solicit business;

Strictly restrict recreational and fitness activities in public places such as parks, squares and communities.

Second, the noise "ban period"-June 6 to June 9, June 16 to June 19.

Implement a 24-hour noise ban. All construction sites under construction in the city are prohibited from construction, and it is forbidden to use loudspeakers in public places for entertainment and fitness activities. Units and individuals near test sites and accommodation points must stop all business and life activities that may produce noise.
