1March 2, 979, the Revolutionary Committee of Hebei Province issued the following document [1997] No.32, and decided to transfer the Xujiahe Commune and the Greater Cao Zhuang Commune in Ningjin County and 20 brigades under their jurisdiction to the Greater Cao Zhuang Farm, and all the state cadres and property of the two communes were handed over to the Greater Cao Zhuang Farm.

On August 8th, 1988, the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Xingtai District Administrative Office jointly wrote [(88) Hebei Nongken Zi No.9] to propose a solution to the problem of "ownership of two townships" in the First Session of the Seventh National People's Congress of Hebei Province assigned by the provincial government, that is, the functions of two townships and two counties were all assigned to farms, and Ningjin County was completely decoupled.

In July, 2003, the provincial government approved the restructuring plan of Cao Zhuang Farm, and decided to set up the Greater Cao Zhuang Management Zone in Xingtai City, which was originally under its jurisdiction.

On June 6th, 2003, the 165438+ District Committee and Management Committee of Greater Cao Zhuang Administrative Region were formally established, and Greater Cao Zhuang Administrative Region became one of 2/kloc-0 counties and cities in Xingtai City.
