(3) Who can't apply?

The following persons are not allowed to apply for this recruitment of civil servants (all those involving time limit include probation period, and the deadline is March 23rd, 20 16):

1. On-the-job civil servants and staff of management units managed according to the Civil Service Law;

2. Military personnel;

3. It is found that there are serious violations of the examination and recruitment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants, and it has not been handled within the time limit;

4. Civil servants who have been dismissed for less than 5 years and unit staff who are managed according to the Civil Service Law;

5. Persons who have not arrived at their posts within the specified time after employment or have been disqualified as civil servants for less than 3 years;

6. Persons who have violated disciplines and regulations during the probation period of civil servants and have failed the examination for less than 5 years;

7. Grassroots political and legal organs recruit people who have resigned for less than 3 years during the service period of civil servants;

8. Persons who have been criminally punished or dismissed from public office, and who are prohibited from being employed as civil servants by laws and regulations.
