Is China Resources Land a central enterprise? Recruitment?
China Resources Land is a holding subsidiary of China Resources Group, and more than 60% of the shares are absolutely controlled. China Resources Group is a state-owned enterprise directly supervised by the State Council State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and one of the four famous Chinese-funded enterprises in Hong Kong. Therefore, the state-owned capital has the ultimate controlling stake in China Resources Land, and China Resources Land should also be regarded as a state-owned enterprise owned by the central government, usually referred to as a central enterprise. However, China Resources Land has been listed in Hong Kong with non-state-owned shareholders, so China Resources Land is not a wholly state-owned enterprise, but a state-owned joint-stock enterprise controlled by the state.
As for whether to recruit, any enterprise has the demand for recruitment. The real estate of China Resources Land on our side is recruiting sales staff.
