Chenzhou Technician College is not a junior college. Chenzhou Technician College, located in Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, was established with the approval of the Hunan Provincial Government. Sponsored by Chenzhou Municipal Government, Hunan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security is responsible for business guidance.
