What is a tender commissioner?

Tender Commissioner generally refers to the professional tendering and purchasing personnel who have passed the professional qualification examination of the tenderer and registered for the record, and is commonly known as the tenderer in the industry.

The main responsibilities of the bidder:

1. Prepare bidding and purchasing plans, schemes, bidding and purchasing announcements and bidding prequalification documents, and organize bidding prequalification examination.
