Actually, it’s almost the same. Many recruitment requirements state that an OCP certificate is required, but not many are actually checked. There are also checks, which is actually just a look.

Personally, I think it’s just one more stepping stone at most.

However, for people who have work experience and have been working for a long time, this is generally considered a must. Although it has nothing to do with salary or anything like that, after working for so many years without a certificate, employers generally won’t ask for it.
