20 13 Announcement on Recruitment of High-end Commercial Logistics Talents of Linyi City Mall Management Committee, Shandong Province

In order to implement the service plan for business logistics backbone talents and speed up the construction of Linyi Mall, the Linyi Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government decided to openly introduce high-end business logistics talents to the whole country. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Introduction Plan

Introduce more than five high-end talents engaged in the research, management and application of commerce and logistics industry, focusing on the introduction of leading talents in strategic emerging industries or related fields such as e-commerce, commerce, logistics and financial innovation and modern service industry.

The specific number of people introduced in each field is determined according to the actual work needs.

Second, the introduction conditions

Familiar with domestic and foreign trade and logistics market rules, with international vision and strategic thinking, and meet one of the following conditions:

1, academic leaders or high-level entrepreneurial talents with industrialization development potential in the fields of e-commerce, commerce, logistics and financial innovation;

2. Top 500 enterprises at home and abroad or well-known universities, scientific research institutions, internationally renowned enterprises and intermediary consulting institutions with 5 years or above R&D work experience or in the fields of e-commerce, commerce, logistics and financial innovation are engaged in management work;

3. Obtain a doctorate in e-commerce, commerce, logistics, finance or related disciplines, have 5 years or above working experience, and hold the position of vice president and above in relevant companies;

4, in the national or provincial e-commerce, commerce, logistics, financial institutions or branches engaged in policy research or management.

The introduction of talents can meet the needs of promoting the development of Linyi Mall and play an important role in the development of Linyi Mall.

Third, the relevant treatment

1. The introduced high-end talents are arranged in institutions in principle, and their wages and benefits are not less than 500,000 yuan per year according to the talent situation (especially for high-end talents, their benefits can be determined through consultation).

2. If the introduced high-end talents are unwilling to be included in the career establishment, the annual salary system shall be implemented with reference to the enterprise employment method, and the annual salary shall be determined through assessment and negotiation.

3, the introduction of high-end talents to retain the original rank treatment unchanged, and according to the talent situation, appropriately improve the rank treatment.

4. Provide office space and official vehicles for imported high-end talents.

5, to introduce high-end talent residence and entry and exit, housing, settlement, medical care, insurance, job title evaluation, children's employment, spouse placement and other aspects to give special concessions.

6. Give support and subsidies to high-end business logistics talents who come to our city for business innovation.
