202 1 Announcement on Teacher Qualification of Primary and Secondary Schools (Kindergartens) in quannan county, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province

First, the scope of teacher qualifications.

The application for teacher qualification should be carried out in accordance with the principle of "localization". The qualifications of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers are recognized by quannan county Municipal Bureau of Education, Science, Technology and Sports; Senior middle schools, secondary vocational schools and secondary vocational learning practice instructors are qualified by Ganzhou Education Bureau. The social personnel to be identified in our county shall meet one of the following ranges:

1. Social personnel with quannan county household registration;

2. Social personnel who have applied for residence permits in quannan county and are within the validity period;

3. Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents who study, work and live in our county with valid certificates such as Residence Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents, Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents to and from the Mainland and mainland travel permit for taiwan residents are valid for five years;

5. Servicemen and armed police stationed in the county.

Second, the identification conditions

Those who apply for the accreditation of teachers' qualifications shall meet the accreditation conditions stipulated in the Regulations on Teachers' Qualifications and have not reached the national statutory retirement age.

(A) ideological and moral status

Support the leadership of China * * * production party, love the socialist motherland, adhere to the party's basic line, have good political and moral quality, abide by the Constitution and laws, love education, fulfill the obligations stipulated in the Teachers Law, and abide by teachers' professional ethics.

(2) Education

1. To apply for senior middle school teacher qualification, you must have a bachelor degree or above from Normal University or other universities.

2. To apply for the qualifications of teachers in secondary vocational schools (including the qualifications of teachers in secondary vocational schools, technical schools, vocational high schools for cultural courses and professional courses), you must have a bachelor's degree or above in normal universities or other universities.

3. To apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools (including the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools, technical schools and vocational high schools), you must have a secondary vocational school graduation or above, and at the same time, you should have a junior and above professional technical position or a technical grade certificate for intermediate and above workers.

The above qualifications are all national education sequence qualifications recognized by the Ministry of Education (including self-study, amateur universities, night universities and adult universities including full-time >; , online school correspondence >, etc. ) and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan education recognized by relevant state departments and foreign equivalent education.

(3) Physical condition

Have good physical and psychological qualities, no infectious diseases, no history of mental illness, and can meet the needs of education and teaching. Designated people's hospitals at or above the county level have passed the physical examination.

Putonghua level

The level of Putonghua should reach Grade B or above in the Grade Standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test issued by the State Language Committee, and the level of Putonghua applied for the qualification of teaching Chinese as a foreign language should reach Grade A or above.

Third, the teacher qualification program arrangement

Eligible applicants should log in to the "China Teacher Qualification Network" (www.jszg.edu.cn) within the time specified by the accreditation body, and make a declaration from the real-name registration of the "teacher qualification accreditation applicant online newspaper entrance".

4. Preventive measures

(1) Applicants are requested to carefully review the accreditation procedures and arrangements to ensure online declaration and on-site confirmation within the specified time. If you fail to do this, the applicant will bear the responsibility.

(2) When applying for online registration, carefully read the Notes published by the selected teacher qualification accreditation institution, fill in personal information accurately and truthfully, and submit the corresponding application materials for review at the on-site confirmation stage of teacher qualification accreditation according to the requirements of the accreditation institution.

(3) The electronic photos uploaded by the registration system should be the applicant's recent color bareheaded photos with a white background (the upload format is JPG/JPEG, not exceeding 200K).

(4) When filling in the registration information, read the personal book carefully, download and print it, and upload it to the registration system after I sign it. Make sure that this book is clear. If the on-site confirmation is not clear, the staff will ask the applicant to upload it again, otherwise it will be blurred when printing the application confirmation form.

Four. On-site confirmation of submitted materials

1. The applicant shall submit the application materials according to the requirements of the recognized institution. In the process of material review, the accreditation body should provide corresponding supplementary materials for the materials that cannot be directly compared and verified by China Teacher Qualification Network, and can use the information of "Ganfutong" electronic license as supplementary materials for comparison and verification.

2. Original ID card (or household registration book) or residence permit (within the validity period)

3. Applicants are required to submit two photos of recent 1 inch color white background documents (which must be the same as the photos uploaded by online newspapers and used as teacher qualification certificates and physical examination forms).

4. Please bring all the original materials to the confirmation place for on-site confirmation within the specified on-site confirmation time. See attachment 1 for the materials required for site confirmation. If it's overdue, it won't wait.
