(1) Requirements of the applicant

1. has People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);

3. Have good conduct and professional ethics;

4. Have the physical conditions required by the post;

5. Have the professional or technical conditions required for the post;

6. Meet the specific conditions such as discipline, education, degree and age required by the recruitment position. See attachment 1 for details.

(1) Applicants should be under 35 years old, that is, born after1983110/0/2 1; Registration requires that you be under 40 years old, that is, born after 1978 1 1+0.

(2) The qualifications (degrees) of the applicants must be recognized by the state. If there is any doubt about the national academic qualifications (degrees), the results determined by the education administrative departments at or above the provincial level shall prevail; Party school education (degree) in question shall be subject to the results determined by the Organization Department of the Provincial Party Committee in coordination with relevant business departments.

(3) Applicants' major should be filled in strictly according to the diploma major. For details, please refer to 20 19 Hunan Civil Servants' Career Guidance Catalogue. If the major you have studied has been listed in the above catalogue, but it is not included in the professional requirements of the recruitment position, it will not meet the requirements for entering the examination; If the major studied is not listed in the above catalogue, the recruiting unit and its competent department shall put forward their opinions and report to the county recruitment leading group for research and decision.

(4) Certificates such as graduation certificate, degree certificate, and education certificate of returned overseas students required by applicants for recruitment positions must be obtained before 20 19 1 1, but not before 20 19 1.

1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been dismissed from public office;

2. Persons who have not been disciplined by Party discipline or government discipline or who are undergoing disciplinary review;

3. Persons suspected of violating the law and committing crimes who are under judicial investigation and have not yet reached a conclusion;

4. In the open recruitment of institutions of all levels and types, due to violation of the "Regulations on the Handling of Disciplinary Actions in Open Recruitment of Institutions", people who are recorded in the integrity files of candidates in open recruitment of institutions and whose recording period is not full;

5. military personnel;

6. As of the date of the announcement, Guiyang county government agencies and institutions are compiling personnel.

7. As of the date of announcement, civil servants on probation (including staff of institutions managed by the Civil Service Law) and staff of institutions on probation;

8. As of the date of announcement, the staff of government agencies and institutions who have not completed the minimum service life;

9. Full-time graduate students in colleges and universities cannot apply for undergraduate courses, and so on in other cases.

10. It is stipulated by laws and policies that people who are staff members of public institutions shall not be employed;
