Second, the identification conditions

Academic standards

To apply for teacher qualification, you should have the corresponding academic qualifications stipulated in the Teachers Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), as follows:

1. To apply for kindergarten teacher qualification, you should have graduated from kindergarten normal school or above;

2. To apply for the qualification of a primary school teacher, you should have graduated from a secondary normal school or above;

3. To apply for the qualification of junior middle school teachers (including teachers of culture and professional courses in junior vocational schools), you should have graduated from normal colleges or other universities and above;

4. To apply for the qualifications of teachers in senior middle schools and teachers in secondary specialized schools, technical schools, vocational high schools and specialized courses, you should have a bachelor's degree or above in normal universities or other universities;

5. Those who apply for the qualification of internship instructor in secondary vocational schools should have graduated from secondary vocational schools or above, and have professional and technical positions above assistant engineer or technical level above intermediate level.

"Graduation" and "dropping out of school" do not meet the academic requirements of teacher qualification.

(3) Putonghua requirements

The level of Putonghua should reach Grade B or above in the Standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test issued by the State Language Committee, and Chinese teachers should not be lower than Grade A. ..

(4) Examination requirements

Pass the qualification examination for primary and secondary school teachers, pass the written examination and interview, and obtain the qualification certificate for primary and secondary school teachers issued by the examination center of the Ministry of Education. Since 20021,postgraduates of education and students of normal education at public expense have taken the professional ability test of normal students organized by their schools according to the unified requirements of the Ministry of Education, and applied for exemption after obtaining the professional ability certificate of normal students. The qualifications of teachers and the types of teaching subjects exempted from the examination must be the same as those of any teaching part and teaching subject on the certificate; The certificate can only be applied once within the validity period.

(5) Exempt from the identification of test.

Full-time teachers' education graduates and full-time masters who entered before 20 16 years (inclusive) in Yunnan province or before the reform of the qualification examination for teachers in primary and secondary schools outside Yunnan province started can apply for direct recognition of the teacher qualifications corresponding to their majors and years of study.

(6) Physical condition

Can meet the needs of education and teaching, and has good physical fitness. Applicants should follow the Notice of the Guidance Center for Teacher Qualification Accreditation of the Ministry of Education on Adjusting the Physical Examination Standards of Applicants for Kindergarten Teacher Qualification Accreditation (J.Z.Zi. 2. Certification bodies

The qualifications of kindergarten, primary school and junior high school teachers are recognized by Xuanwei Municipal Administration Bureau where the applicant's household registration is located. Senior middle school teachers' qualifications, secondary vocational school teachers' qualifications and secondary vocational school practice guidance teachers' qualifications, and if the household registration or residence permit is Xuanwei, it shall be confirmed by Xuanwei Municipal Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau and reported to Qujing Municipal Education and Sports Bureau for confirmation.

3. The applicant shall, in accordance with the corresponding academic requirements for teacher qualifications, determine the category of teacher qualifications he applies for.

4. The applicant should fill in the application information truthfully and completely according to the prompt of the online registration system, and upload the recent bareheaded 1 inch electronic photo (format: JPG/JPEG, with a color white background, less than 190K, the same version as the photo pasted on the qualification certificate).

5. When full-time college students and graduate students apply for accreditation with their academic qualifications, they need to select "No" in the column of "whether they are in school" in the system, and can be accredited by the teacher qualification accreditation department at the place where their household registration is located according to the application.

The online registration system enables the real-name verification of personal information, so applicants are required to fill in personal information accurately. If the real name verification fails, it cannot be declared (for details of real name verification, please refer to Article 4 of "Frequently Asked Questions" of China Teacher Qualification Network).

(2) Online registration time

Eligible applicants should log on to China Teachers' Qualification Network () within the specified time, and make a declaration from the "Teacher Qualification Applicants' Online Newspaper Entrance". When reporting, Xuanwei Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau should be selected as the on-site confirmation point according to the prompt. When the weblog time expires, the registration port will be closed automatically.

(5) On-site confirmation of materials to be provided.

The applicant shall submit the following materials when making on-site confirmation at Xuanwei Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau:

(1) Original second-generation ID card (within the validity period).

(2) the original academic certificate. In the process of material review, for the academic qualifications that cannot be directly compared and verified by the online newspaper system (except the academic qualifications of secondary vocational schools), the applicant must submit the China Higher Education Certification Report (applied online at Xuexin.com), otherwise it will be regarded as unqualified academic qualifications and will not be accepted. Applicants are advised to verify their academic qualifications in Xue Xin. If it cannot be verified, please apply for a certification report in time.

(3) The original certificate of Putonghua proficiency test level. (Grade B and above, in which Mr. China is not lower than Grade A)

(4) Certificate of primary and secondary school teachers' qualification examination (printed by the applicant in China Education Examination Network ()).

(5) Recent photo of bareheaded color certificate on white background 1 inch (the same as the photo uploaded by online newspaper, with name, ID number, teacher qualification certificate type, subject and size of 25mm×35mm indicated on the back of the photo).

(6) Household registration certificate or residence certificate: if you apply for identification at the place where the household registration is located, submit the original household registration book or collective household registration certificate; Apply for recognition in the place of residence, and submit the original valid residence permit; Servicemen and armed police stationed in Xuanwei City shall provide personnel relations certificates issued by their subordinate units or units; Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents shall provide a residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents valid for five years, a pass for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the mainland or mainland travel permit for taiwan residents.

(8) Applicants who graduated from full-time normal education in or before 2016 must also provide complete transcripts including pedagogy and educational psychology and a copy of the educational practice appraisal form (official seal of the school or personnel file management department is required). From 20021,postgraduates of education and normal students at public expense are required to provide proof of their professional competence within the validity period.

Note: When the applicant applies for teacher qualification, all materials that have passed the electronic information verification of the online newspaper system will be returned to the applicant after on-site confirmation. For materials that have not passed the verification and cannot be verified by other systems temporarily, the originals and copies of relevant certificates shall be provided. The paper materials referred to here include academic certificates, national examination qualification certificates, teachers' professional ability certificates for normal students, and the original and photocopy of Putonghua proficiency test certificates. (A copy of the on-site certification materials is required for the qualification of teachers in high schools and secondary vocational schools).

(6) Appraisal and obtaining certificates.

After the on-site confirmation of the audit work, a conclusion will be made according to the audit situation, and the teacher qualification certificate will be issued to the applicants who meet the accreditation conditions. Four. any other business

(1) Applicants are requested to check the notice in time to avoid missing the work arrangement of the authorized institution.

(2) The applicant must go through the formalities of online declaration and on-site audit according to the specified time, place and requirements. If the applicant fails to complete the application within the specified time due to reasons such as missing the application time, choosing the wrong accreditation institution or on-site confirmation point, incorrect application information or incomplete submission materials, the accreditation institution will no longer accept and recognize it, and the consequences and responsibilities arising therefrom will be borne by the applicant.
