Hunan Jiuyi Technical College, also known as Hunan Jiuyi Vocational and Technical College and Hunan Xiaoxiang Technician College, was founded in 1980 and located in Yongzhou City. It is a higher vocational college focusing on engineering and the first private college after the founding of New China.

In February, 2023, official website showed that the construction land of the new campus of the College was 300 mu, with a total construction area of 6,543,800 square meters.
