If you work overtime for 2 hours every day and 10 hour on weekends, the maximum pre-tax salary is 2200+18.75 * 44+25 * 40+600+300+/kloc-0 * 26+100 = 5285 yuan. 1. With the improvement of the quality of life, few people are willing to work night shifts, and there is no special subsidy for night shifts;

How to improve the above problems to recruit employees? Please look at the following countermeasures:

1. Increase the number of white-spot equipment, give priority to full-time machines, and reduce the number of night shifts, thus changing the last night shift from monthly to bimonthly. By reducing the cycle of night shift, candidates are more willing to join the job;

2. Stampers in our company only look at machine production and don't repair molds, so we incorporate the work of the mold repairer into the stamping workers and increase the wages of the stamping workers by reducing the number of mold repairers. Similar to the work of five people, three people do it and four people get paid;

3. Establish a new employee induction training plan and implement it. At the same time, the old employees who are responsible for teaching new employees write the training content and the new employees' mastery every day, and both parties sign it.
