3. 1. 1 This management regulation is managed by the product development department, which is responsible for the management of materials such as prototypes and planks before treatment, the disposal of materials such as prototypes that are no longer used, the classification statistics (including types, models and quantities), the filling of the "Detailed List of Disposal of Prototypes and Scaffolds" (attached table 1), and the submission for quality control.

3. 1.2 the product development department is responsible for filling in the form and handling "reused" and "scrapped" materials according to this regulation.

3.2 Responsibilities of the Production Department:

4. 1 Regulations on Management of Various Product Prototypes

4. 1. 1 Development Department's self-made prototype management regulations;

A) After the prototype is manufactured in the prototype room, the corresponding project engineer shall affix the "Prototype Item Identification Card" (Attached Table 2) on the prototype, including product model, material code, item name, department, responsible person (name of the corresponding engineer) and manufacturing date, and the label shall be uniformly issued by the Development Department.

B) The label of the prototype commissioned by a department other than the company's development department shall indicate the entrusting department;

C) After the prototype test, if you want to send samples to customers, remove the label and send samples; If the project engineer keeps it himself, generally speaking, the prototype will be scrapped after two months.

4. 1.2 Management Regulations on Company's Outsourcing Prototype

A) After the purchased prototype is bought back, it is required to fill in the label of "Sample Item Identification Card". If it is department procurement, fill in the name of the department;

B) According to the structure, performance or control of the outsourced prototype, if the company has completed the development of similar new products, the outsourced prototype can be scrapped after the small batch trial production of the new products has passed; If there is no development of similar products, the outsourced prototype can be scrapped after two years;

C) The outsourced prototype shall be properly kept by the product development department before scrapping.

4. 1.3 Provisions on the Management of Warehouse Samples

A) The person in charge who receives the prototype for analysis or testing from the finished product warehouse must keep it properly, and no scratches or bumps are allowed;

B) The refrigerator or wine cabinet shall be returned to the finished product warehouse within five working days from the date of receiving the goods, and the product shall be returned to the finished product warehouse after the warehouse keeper confirms that the appearance is not damaged, and the warehouse keeper shall re-enter it and update it in the account;

C) Under normal circumstances, the finished products that have been collected for more than five working days cannot be put into storage again, and the expenses arising from the collection shall be shared by the department's product development expenses and scrapped on time.

4.2 Other accessories management regulations

4.2. 1 Provisions on parts management during prototype manufacturing

A) In the process of making the prototype, the accessories of the recipient must be collected as needed, and cannot be wasted, and individual accessories must be properly kept;

B) Spare parts separated from products shall be kept in different categories, and those that can be used must be reused, and shall not be taken from the warehouse;

C) Scrap the parts that can't be used again every month according to the scrapping procedure.

4.2.2 Management Regulations on Parts Submitted by Suppliers

A) After the delivered samples arrive, the project engineer must affix the label "Identification Card of Prototype Articles" on the delivered samples, and completely fill in the model, name, responsible person and date of the identification card to avoid false reporting and omission when scrapped;

B) Under normal circumstances, the samples sent will be scrapped after the small batch trial production of their products has passed.

4.3 Disposal Procedures for Scrapping of Prototypes and Handboards

4.3. 1 Product prototype and handset must be divided into parts, and then the parts shall be classified and counted according to Article 4.3.2 and applied for processing; For less than 50 machines scrapped at one time, the product development department will arrange personnel to split the whole machine into parts; If more than 50 sets of the whole machine are scrapped at one time, the production department will assist in arranging employees to disassemble the whole machine into parts.

4.3.2 On the first day of each month (1-5), the product development department shall make statistics according to the number of prototypes or accessories, fill in the "Disposal List of Prototypes, Handboards, etc." and submit it to the product development minister for review, and then submit it to the quality control and process inspection for decision on whether to scrap or reuse;

4.3.3 The Quality Control Department shall select, inspect and test the items according to the inspection standards and the Disposal List of Prototypes, Handboards and other materials, and decide whether to reuse or scrap them; The process technology department assists in confirmation.

4.3.4 The product development department shall make the following treatment according to the treatment opinions in the "Disposal List of Prototypes, Handboards and Other Materials":

A) Fill in the "Application Form for Reuse of Prototype Articles" (Attached Table 3) for the materials judged to be reused, and return them to the material warehouse after inspection and confirmation;

B) Fill in the "Application Form for Scrapping Prototype Articles" (Attached Table 4) for the materials judged as scrapped, and return them to the scrapped warehouse according to the flow direction of scrapped materials after approval;

4.3.5 For articles that have not been scrapped or have been applied for but not approved for scrapping, no one shall discard them to the waste warehouse at will.

5. Inspection and evaluation

5. 1 Upon inspection, the appraiser 50 yuan and the competent leader 30 yuan found the whole machine scrapped without approval and thrown into the waste warehouse; The negative assessment actor whose number of scrapped complete machines reaches 10 or above 100 yuan, and the competent leader 50 yuan;

5.2 For the parts scrapped without approval and thrown into the waste warehouse at will, once they are found through inspection, regardless of the quantity, 50 yuan, the negative incentive actor, and 30 yuan, the competent leader;

5.3 In the whole scrapping process, the relevant responsible persons who do not cooperate with the work shall be assessed.
