The company’s requirements for becoming a regular employee are: good academic qualifications and good personal performance.

1. Educational qualifications. Fresh graduates in 2023, with a bachelor's degree or above, need to have a College English Band 4 score of 425 (inclusive) or above, and need to be engaged in relevant majors.

2. Personal performance. Applicants who are physically and mentally healthy, have excellent academic performance, have good teamwork skills, and are hardworking and hard-working. Applicants who are Communist Party members, student cadres, and have relevant internship experience will be given priority.
