1) big single decision maker. Big customers in need.

2) Internal personnel of government agencies, enterprises and organizations.

3) The unit procurement gatekeeper.

4) Specific users or direct beneficiaries.

2. Say dialogue:

Politeness is the best magic weapon.

2) Praise is a deadly weapon.

3) Identification is the first step to pull into the relationship.

Courage is the key to success.

5) Asking questions is the basis of obtaining information.

Finally, we should broaden our thinking. We are good at digging the details of specific professional knowledge, and we can learn and feel it slowly in our daily work!
