Huaiyin Normal University is a fully funded institution under the supervision of the Provincial Department of Education. It is located at No. 111, Changjiang West Road, Huai'an, Jiangsu Province.
In order to better select outstanding talents for the job, enrich the talent team, and optimize the teaching structure, Huaiyin Normal University is now recruiting outstanding talents from the public.
According to the "Measures for Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions in Jiangsu Province" and other regulations, the relevant matters are now announced as follows:
1. Application conditions
(1) Have He has the nationality of the People's Republic of China and abides by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China.

(5) Have the professional, technical and other qualifications required for the position to be applied for (see the job list for details).
The fresh graduates recruited this time must graduate and obtain the corresponding academic degree certificate before December 31, 2023, and still have no job unit.
For ordinary college graduates in 2023 and 2022, if their work units have not yet been confirmed, their file relationships will still be retained at the original school where they graduated, or with the graduate employment authorities at all levels (Graduate Employment Guidance Service Center ), talent exchange service agencies and public employment service agencies, as well as those who have graduated from abroad (overseas) in the same period and have completed academic certification but have not yet implemented a work unit, can apply for fresh graduate positions.
Students who graduated from foreign (overseas) teaching and research institutions at the same time refer to overseas students who studied at foreign (overseas) teaching and scientific research institutions and graduated at the same time as domestic fresh graduates. The time requirement for graduation at the same time is the same as that of domestic fresh graduates. Fresh graduates are consistent.
(6) Taiwanese students who have obtained academic qualifications from ordinary universities in mainland China and other Taiwan residents who have obtained academic qualifications recognized by mainland China shall comply with relevant national and provincial regulations when applying.
2. Registration

(3) Registration Notes
1. Applicants should fill in the relevant information truthfully according to the job requirements and online prompts, and upload a recent two-inch (35X45 mm) ID photo from the front without a hat , jpg format, size is less than 20Kb.
The recruitment department (unit) will review the application based on the information provided by the applicant.
Applicants who commit fraud will be disqualified once verified.
2. For long-term recruitment positions, there is no exam opening ratio.
Seven working days after the announcement is released, the assessment will be organized on its own based on the registration status.

3. Applicants can only choose one position from the job list to apply for.
After passing the preliminary qualification review, the registration information cannot be changed.

4. Please do not apply if you have any of the following circumstances:

3. Exam subjects, time and implementation methods
The assessment method is: interview.
Before the assessment, our school will review the qualifications of the applicants.
Social personnel must provide the following original materials: highest academic qualifications, degree certificates, ID cards, professional and technical qualification certificates, and other certificates required for the position to be applied for.
Those who have obtained foreign (overseas) academic qualifications must provide the "Certificate of Overseas (Overseas) Academic Degrees" issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.
Fresh graduates must provide the following materials: ID card, fresh graduate certificate issued by the Student Affairs Office (Department) or Graduate Affairs Department (Graduate School) of the school they attend (must indicate the time when the academic degree certificate was obtained ).
Students who have graduated from foreign (overseas) teaching and research institutions in the same period must provide corresponding certification materials.
The interview will be conducted in accordance with the interview methods formulated by our school.
Applicants will be notified of the interview method via phone calls, text messages, etc.
The interview mainly tests the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive qualities required to perform the job responsibilities.
The passing score for the interview is 70 points (out of 100 points), and the interview results will be informed to the candidates on the spot.
The interview score is the final score for the position applied for.
The final score of the applicant is calculated using the percentage system. The final score calculation method for the applied position is: final score = interview score × 100%.
Interview scores and final scores are calculated to two digits after the decimal point, and the remainder is rounded off.
If there is a tie in the final scores, interviews and tests will be used to determine the ranking.
IV. Physical examination and inspection
After the examination, the total score of the applicant will be determined according to the total score calculation method. Among those who pass the individual examinations (tests), they will be selected according to the recruitment position. The number of people to be recruited is determined in a 1:1 ratio from high scores to low scores to participate in the physical examination.
The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the "General Physical Examination Standards for National Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)".
The employer will organize an inspection for those who pass the physical examination, and determine the list of personnel to be hired based on the inspection and physical examination results.
The list of personnel to be hired will be published on the Jiangsu Provincial Human Resources and Social Security website for 7 working days.
The announcement content includes the position number, recruiting unit, position name, name of the person to be hired, academic qualifications, major, graduate school, current employer, various results of the recruitment examination, total score, ranking, etc.
If the applicant fails to meet the requirements in the inspection or physical examination, or if the results of the announcement of the proposed candidate affect the employment, or if the proposed candidate explicitly gives up the appointment, or if the employment position is vacant due to other reasons, the school will decide Supplement in turn.
No replacement will be made after employment approval or filing.
5. Public announcement and employment
For those who have no objection to the public announcement, after being registered with the provincial human resources and social security department, the employer will handle the relevant employment procedures for them and sign an employment contract with them contract and agree on a probation period.
Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probation period will be assigned positions and grades; those who fail the assessment will have their employment qualifications revoked and their employment contracts terminated.
If the personnel to be hired generally have an employment contract of more than 3 years (inclusive) with our school, they must serve the school for a minimum of 3 years (including the probation period), unless the employment contract is terminated in accordance with laws and regulations.
After employment approval, if the employee fails to sign an employment contract with the employer within 30 days, or the employee cannot provide proof of termination of relationship with the original employer, the employment qualification will be cancelled.
