Some people know that they will vomit and drink. One possibility is that they are particularly fond of drinking and addicted to alcohol, and they like drinking no matter how they throw up, regardless of the consequences. One possibility is business needs, or gatherings between friends. I can't help doing it, so I have to drink even if I drink too much. Another possibility is that when you are depressed, it is more worrying to drown your sorrows by drinking, and it is easier to drink too much and vomit by drinking.
