The company is a wholly state-owned company established by all state-owned property rights of Wei Chai Holding Group Co., Ltd., Shandong Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd. and Shandong Automobile Industry Group Co., Ltd. in accordance with the Company Law and relevant laws and regulations. It belongs to state-owned enterprises, not central enterprises. Shandong Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd., as one of the enterprise groups with a decisive position in China's equipment manufacturing industry and an important influence in the world, has integrated the best domestic power system and construction machinery resources, built a development platform for hundreds of billions of enterprises, and set up three operation centers in Jinan, Weifang and Shanghai.
