Taihe said that the so-called Taihe Group declared bankruptcy, leaving some unfinished buildings, which were taken over by Vanke, and more than 50 real estate projects under the name of Taihe Group were suspended. This view and content are purely rumors and seriously inconsistent with the facts. The company strongly condemned this.

Taihe Life's Response to Bankruptcy Rumors

Taihe said that since April 20021,the company has accelerated the key work of resuming production and ensuring quality and quantity. With the support of relevant departments of provincial and municipal governments, financial institutions, owners and the efforts of all employees, Taihe has delivered more than 20 batches of projects since 20021,involving Beijing, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Nanchang, Jinan and other cities. At present, the overall operation of the company is orderly.

The statement also said that the company encountered only liquidity problems, not insolvency problems. At the same time, the company does not have high-risk problems such as off-balance-sheet liabilities and employee follow-up, and I believe it will be able to survive the temporary difficult stage.

Taihe said that most of Taihe's projects have resumed work. At the same time, it is confirmed that from the end of 2020 to June 5438+0, 2022, Taihe has delivered more than 20 batches of projects, involving more than ten cities such as Foshan, Hefei, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Jinan, Xiamen, Beijing, Nanchang, Wuhan and Dongguan, covering residential projects and commercial projects such as villas and high-rise buildings.
