I believe that most of the people recruited now are in buildings C and D, and 95% of the workshops that make capacitors have bad smell, which is quite strong, especially explosion-proof, electroplating and firing. Comrades who can't stand the smell should not consider entering the village.

University graduate: That depends on your mentality. If you want to learn a skill, you want to learn technology and prepare for future development; Then don't enter the village farm (of course, the salary given by the village farm was quite high at first, and then it increased a lot in the first two years, you know. . . . Murata used the strategy of boiling frogs in warm water. After you didn't learn anything in the first two years, you found that no one wanted you to go out and jump into the river. There are several suites where locals don't have to worry about food and clothing. Just find a job and get some salary to collect rent. Of course, there are also locals who are eager to get rich. Don't get me wrong)
