Established in May 2008, Haibin College of Beijing Jiaotong University is an independent college jointly established by Beijing Jiaotong University and Ronghe (Huanghua) Science and Education Co., Ltd. with the approval of the Ministry of Education. College is the only independent college approved by Hebei Province after the promulgation of Decree 26 of the Ministry of Education. The establishment of the college has rewritten the history that there is no undergraduate higher education in Cangzhou, Hebei Province, and has a special location advantage and an important demonstration role in the layout of higher education in Hebei Province. On April 20 12, the college successfully passed the evaluation of Hebei bachelor's degree awarding unit and bachelor's degree authorized specialty, and now it has become a full-time undergraduate college in the full sense.
