Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office, those who have been found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels, active servicemen, non-fresh graduates, civil servants with less than two years' service (including probation period), civil servants who have been dismissed for less than five years, and those who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to the law are not allowed to register.
