Weifang Warwick Thermal Power Co., Ltd. was established in June 2003 with a registered capital of140.8 million yuan, which is a third-level subsidiary of China Energy Saving Investment Company. The designed installed capacity of this project (three boilers and two engines) is 3× 130t/h high-temperature and high-pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler +2×23 MW steam turbine generator set, with the designed maximum steam supply capacity of 250T/H, annual heat sales of 3.073 million Ji Jiao and annual electricity sales of 336 1000 MWh. The total investment of the project is 420 million yuan. In the first phase, "two boilers and two engines" will be built, that is, 2× 130t/h high temperature and high pressure circulating fluidized bed boiler +2 turbo-generator sets. In 2007, "two furnaces and one machine" will be put into operation.

The commissioning of Huawei Thermoelectric Project has integrated the heating market of Weifang High-tech Zone, replaced the existing small-scale heating boilers with serious pollution, and saved standard coal 1 15200 tons every year, with good environmental protection and energy-saving benefits.
