What is the job of the foundry?

The staff engaged include: (1) preparation and processing of molding sand and other process materials; (2) drying and sieving the molding sand, making a mold, and drying the mold; (3) smelting metal with a smelting furnace and casting; (4) using equipment or tools to clean and repair castings; (5) Maintenance of metal melting furnace and casting machinery and equipment, and repair of common defects during use; (6) Maintenance of equipment and process equipment, and troubleshooting of common faults during use.
