Candidates should meet the following basic requirements:

1. has China nationality.

2. Age 18 and under 35.

3. Education. The qualifications for participating in open recruitment (primary school subject posts) should have a nationally recognized bachelor's degree or above.

4. Relevant requirements of teacher qualification certificate. Those who participate in open recruitment (primary school subject posts) must have primary school and above teacher qualification certificates. Primary school English, primary school physical education and primary school music must be consistent with the teaching disciplines of teacher qualification certificate. Primary school Chinese and primary school mathematics subjects do not restrict the teaching subjects of teacher qualification certificate.

Affected by the epidemic, those who have not yet obtained the teacher qualification certificate can apply for the corresponding positions with the Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers or NTC scores (two points for primary school teachers and three points for junior high school teachers) within the validity period, but they must provide the teacher qualification certificate that meets the requirements of the applied positions during the interview, otherwise they will not be qualified for the interview. All the personnel to be employed must obtain and provide the teacher qualification certificate required by the post before going through the employment formalities, otherwise the employment qualification will be cancelled.

5. Putonghua proficiency certificate requirements. The level of Putonghua must reach Grade B or above in the Standard of Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade issued by the State Language Committee, and the Chinese subject of the post to be applied for must reach Grade A or above, and the certificate of Putonghua Proficiency Test Grade must be obtained, which meets the requirements of the post to be applied for. Candidates who have not obtained the Putonghua proficiency certificate must obtain the corresponding Putonghua proficiency certificate within one year. Anyone who fails to obtain the corresponding Putonghua grade certificate within the specified time shall terminate the employment contract according to law.

6. Interpretation of college graduates: The college graduates in the short notes refer to the college graduates in 2022 and those who have not completed their work units during their career selection period (graduation in 2020, 202 1). College graduates who have not implemented their work units during the employment period refer to ordinary college graduates recruited by the state and graduates who have not implemented their work units during the employment period stipulated by the state. Their household registration, files and organizational relations remain in the original graduate school, or in graduate employment departments at all levels (graduate employment guidance service centers), talent exchange service institutions at all levels and public employment service institutions at all levels. College graduates who have worked in any work unit during the employment period do not meet the reference conditions for college graduates.

7. Specific conditions that meet the requirements of the recruitment discipline (see the annex for details): Among them, the academic qualifications are based on the graduation certificate, and the teacher qualification certificate is based on the actual valid documents. Foreign students who meet the requirements of employment positions must issue a certificate of academic degree certification from the Education Certification Center of the Ministry of Education.
