Puning Vocational School, founded in 1992, is a public secondary vocational school founded by Zhang Jincheng, a famous Thai industrialist and overseas Chinese. The school is located in an economically underdeveloped area, but it has overcome difficulties, constantly reformed and innovated, and constantly leapfrogged and developed. It has successively entered the ranks of the first batch of national key secondary vocational schools and the first batch of national secondary vocational education reform and development demonstration schools. The school has also won the honors of "Advanced Vocational Education Unit in Guangdong Province", "Advanced Mass Sports School in Guangdong Province" and "Green School in Guangdong Province". On September 20 14, it won the title of "Advanced Collective of National Education System".

The campus covers an area of nearly 300 mu, divided into two campuses, north and south, with a building area of10.8 million square meters. The school has more than 2000 students/kloc-0 and more than 500 faculty members. All full-time teachers have bachelor degree or above, and more than 80% are double-qualified teachers.

Jiang Yuyan, the former principal, was once rated as an "advanced individual in national vocational education" and was appointed as the inspector of Guangdong Provincial People's Government. At present, the campus covers an area of nearly 300 mu, with a school building area of10.5 million square meters and full-time students of/kloc-0 1.654.38+0.000. The school has hosted many provincial and municipal vocational skills competitions, and teachers and students have participated in national and provincial vocational skills competitions and various competitions at all levels for many times and achieved good results. Over the years, schools have played an important role in demonstrating and leading local vocational education.
