Reflow welding equipment is equivalent to a large oven, which mainly includes airflow system, heating system, transmission system, cooling system, flux recovery system, waste gas treatment and recovery device, top cover air pressure lifting device, exhaust device and so on. It contains the following parts:

6. Flux recovery device: Generally, there is an evaporator in the flux waste gas recovery system. The waste gas (flux volatiles) is heated to above 450℃ by the evaporator, so that the flux volatiles evaporate, and then the water is cooled by the water cooler and circulated through the evaporator. The flux is pumped out by the upper blower, and the liquid formed by the evaporator cooling flows into the recovery tank. ?

Waste gas treatment and recovery device: it has three main purposes: first, environmental protection requirements, so that flux volatiles are not directly discharged into the air; Secondly, the solidification and precipitation of waste gas in welding will affect the flow of hot air and reduce the convection efficiency, so it needs to be recycled; Thirdly, if nitrogen welding is selected, in order to save nitrogen and recover nitrogen, a flux waste gas recovery system must be configured. ?
