How to adjust the speed of four-sided planer governor

The four-sided planer governor can adjust the speed.

1. Lifting scheduling of the feed system of the four-sided planer saw: the lifting of the feed system is mechanized and does not need manual scheduling. After starting the machine tool, press the lifting button on the main control panel to move it up and down, and read its height value on the height scale. Because the feed system is not linked with the upper cutter shaft system, please pay attention to keep the effective distance between the beam of the feed system and the upper cutter shaft system during scheduling. Under normal circumstances, the feeding system should be raised to a high place first, and then the lifting of the upper cutter shaft should be arranged.

2. Pressure scheduling of the four-sided planing feed wheel: the pressure of the feed wheel is generated by the cylinder. In order to feed smoothly, the cylinder pressure of the feed wheel should be adjusted correctly.

3. Installation of the feed wheel of the four-sided planer: Generally, a steel wheel is installed on the feed wheel shaft in front of the upper cutter shaft to increase the feed force. Pay attention to the tooth profile direction of the steel wheel during installation. Install a rubber wheel on the feed wheel shaft behind the upper cutter shaft to avoid squeezing the machined surface of the workpiece. When processing a wide workpiece, more feed wheels should be installed on the feed wheel shaft to make the wood completely compressed. When machining a workpiece with a boss, the feed wheel is adjusted to the center of the workpiece in order to avoid the derailment of the wood.

4. Adjustment of the feed speed of the four-sided planer: the feed speed depends on the processing demand of wood and the working experience of operators. The feed speed can be changed by setting the feed speed adjustment potentiometer (top 5 of the operation button panel). The feed speed of clockwise rotation becomes faster, and the feed speed of counterclockwise rotation becomes slower.
