(1) Registration
The registration website is Liaoning Personnel Examination Network. Registration should be carried out under the system of good faith. (3) Qualification examination and interview
1. Proportion of respondents. 1. The candidates for physical examination are determined according to the weighted total scores of written examination and interview and the ratio of 1: 1 in the recruitment plan. Those with tied total scores shall be determined according to the ranking of interview results from high to low.
2. The weight of written test and interview is 5: 5, and the scoring formula is: total score = written test score ×50%+ interview score ×50%.
3. The employing unit shall organize qualified personnel for physical examination. The physical examination work is organized and implemented according to the requirements of the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department. If the employer is in Shenyang, the hospital designated by the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department shall conduct a medical examination; If the employer is outside Shenyang, it shall have a physical examination in the local municipal third-class first-class hospital. The physical examination refers to the civil service physical examination standard.
4. Applicants who have doubts about the conclusion of the medical examination and require re-examination shall submit it to the employer in writing within the prescribed time limit after receiving the Notice of Unqualified Medical Examination. The re-examination was conducted in the original medical examination hospital, and doctors who participated in the original medical examination could not participate in the re-examination.
5. Those who pass the medical examination are determined to be candidates to be hired. Vacancies due to unqualified physical examination or voluntary abstention of candidates will be filled in turn according to the total score with the approval of the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department. If the total score is tied, it will be replenished in order of interview results from high to low.

7. The assessment work is organized by the employer, focusing on the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of the candidates, and reviewing the qualifications for the examination. (5) Publicity and employment
1. The publicity of open recruitment results is organized and implemented by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security.
