2. Organize new employee training and provide professional and technical training for corresponding functions.

3. After the internship of new employees, the personnel department will arrange a confirmation evaluation. During the probation period, employees will conduct self-evaluation on their work, which will be evaluated by the direct manager.

4. The new employee should sign this form according to the requirements of the New Employee Registration Worksheet at the end of the probation period, and put it on record in the human resources center after all the work is implemented.
