China Liquor is a compound aromatic liquor with esters as the main body, distiller's yeast and distiller's yeast as saccharifying starter, and starch (sugar) as raw material, which is cooked, saccharified, fermented, distilled, aged and blended. Strictly speaking, liquor blended with edible alcohol and spices is not regarded as liquor.
