How to remove the material line in die-saving polishing of plastic mold

Some steels have coarse grains, so it is difficult to meet the ideal requirements of polishing. In addition to these materials, the general die steel should be polished with coarse whetstone first, and then polished with some whetstone after the coarse grain is polished. It is not necessary to replace the diamond polishing paste for polishing until it is replaced with 1000# oilstone. In the same way, first use coarse polishing paste to polish, then use fine polishing paste to polish, and finally use polishing paste with particle size below W3.5 to polish the mirror surface. In the whole process of grinding and polishing, the previous or middle processes cannot be omitted. Otherwise, there will be lines on the surface of the mold when it is finally polished, and it is difficult to remove the lines.
