1. The project manager is not on duty for a long time;

2. Random inspection of the kindergarten formwork support system: the floor height is 3.9 meters, and the formwork support horizontal rod is missing a horizontal bar (the plan states that the step distance is 1.5 meters). The steel pipe wall thickness third inspection report is 2.75mm, and the calculated value in the plan calculation book is 3.5 mm;

3. Random inspection of the 6# 21st and 24th floor elevator shafts for partial protection deficiencies, and the lack of protection for the stairwell openings on the upper roof;

4. There is no plan for the erection of roof scaffolding, and there is no plan. The distance is too large (more than 2m) and no scissor supports are set up;

5. Wooden ladders are used in many places on the working surface of the site;

6. There is no protection for a circular saw on site. Set up switch box. (Directly connected from the secondary box);

7. The kindergarten safety passage is not equipped with steel plate protection;

8. No recent inspection records of hidden dangers of the company, project department and supervision department were found.

After research and decision, the project will be listed as a key supervision project, which will be notified to the whole city and credit points will be deducted.
