Development of filling technology

Mine filling technology has been playing an important role in underground mining. Perfecting filling technology and inventing new filling materials are the important development directions of mining technology: (1) Vigorously develop and use low-cost and reliable filling materials; (2) It is necessary to do a good job in the research of high concentration, gravity transportation and paste pumping of tailings and whole tailings, reduce the filling cost, reduce environmental pollution and build a waste-free mine; (3) While advancing filling mining, pay attention to the adaptation of mining capacity, increase the process of mechanized mining, and comprehensively improve mining capacity; (4) Attention should be paid to affecting the efficiency of filling mining and reducing the cost; (5) It is an important subject of cemented filling mining to replace cement with new cemented curing materials and improve the conveying conditions of filling slurry; (6) In view of the short service life, many faults and inaccurate detection of mine filling slurry concentration and flow detection instruments, the prepared filling slurry can not meet the design requirements, and the research and development of new filling monitoring instruments should be strengthened.
