According to the "Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment of Staff by Public Institutions in Shandong Province" (Lu Renfa [[[[2006] No. 23) and the relevant provisions of the "Implementation Rules for the Open Recruitment of Staff in Linyi City Public Institutions" (Banzi [[[[2007] No. 73)), and with the approval of the county party committee and county government, it was decided to openly recruit 100 graduates from ordinary colleges and universities. Students are required to work in public institutions (please see the attachment for recruitment plan). Based on the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit selection, this "Brand" has been specially formulated. Relevant matters regarding the recruitment work are now announced as follows:
1. Scope of application
Non-full-time general colleges and universities enrolling students within the national plan who are registered in our county and not employed in public institutions Teacher training graduates, and returned overseas students with equivalent academic qualifications recognized by the Ministry of Education.
2. Application conditions
1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and love socialism;
2. Abide by laws and regulations, have good conduct, Have good political performance and actively maintain social stability;
3. Meet the academic qualifications, majors and other conditions required by the recruitment plan;
4. Undergraduate and junior college graduates must be no more than 30 years old ( (born after June 1, 1980), graduate students should be no more than 32 years old (born after June 1, 1978), and be in good health.
5. Employees who are already employed in government agencies and institutions; those who have been criminally punished and dismissed from public service; those who have been notified of serious disciplinary violations in various personnel examinations after 2007; and legal Persons under other circumstances prohibited from applying may not apply.
3. Registration and Qualification Review
1. Registration
Registration requirements: Applicants must bring their "Graduation Certificate", "Employment Registration Certificate" and household registration book , original and copy of ID card, and 3 recent 2-inch bareheaded photos with the same background, go to the talent exchange service hall of the county talent market to register on-site. Applicants must apply according to the recruitment plan (the plan is attached).
Registration procedure: When registering, collect and fill out the "Registration Form for Staff Examination and Recruitment of Public Institutions in Linshu County" and the "Integrity Letter for Public Recruitment Staff of Public Institutions in Linshu County". Please submit the "Payment Notice" to the payment office to pay the examination fee. The examination fee is 40 yuan per person. Graduates from extremely poor rural areas and graduates from urban families receiving the urban minimum living allowance are exempt from the examination fee with a certificate issued by the county civil affairs department.
2. Qualification review
The qualification review of applicants runs through the entire recruitment process. Applicants should be responsible for the personal information and relevant materials they provide. Anyone who commits fraud or cheats, and is found to be unqualified for registration, will have their registration, examination and employment qualifications cancelled.
3. Others
5 points will be added to the written test score of graduate students, and 2 points will be added to the written test score of undergraduate graduates; the "Three Supports and One Support" recruited by our province, and those participating in the College Student Volunteer Service West Plan For graduates who apply for medical positions within three years after expiration of service, 10 points will be added to their written test scores; for those who apply for medical positions and obtain professional qualifications, 5 points will be added to their written test scores. The above-mentioned persons are required to submit originals and copies of relevant certificates when registering. (College students with "Three Supports and One Support" need to issue a "Three Supports and One Support" service certificate for college graduates issued by the "Three Supports and One Support" Work Coordination and Management Office of Shandong Province after the expiration of the service period; graduates who participate in the College Student Volunteer Service West Program Certification materials approved by the Youth League and Provincial Committee are required; graduates who have obtained medical practice qualifications are required to issue a practicing qualification certificate)
If multiple points are met at the same time, points will not be accumulated and points will be added on a per-point basis. Applicants who meet the conditions for extra points should also fill in the "Linshu County Open Recruitment of Institutional Staff Bonus Points Confirmation Form" when registering. Those who are confirmed to meet the conditions for extra points will be publicized in the county talent market for a 3-day publicity period. , bonus points will be implemented after no objection is announced. Applications that have not been reviewed and approved at the time of registration will no longer be accepted.
4. Exam content and method
The exam is divided into written test and interview.
(1) Written test
The full score of the written test is 100 points.
The content of the written test for secretarial positions is secretarial professional knowledge and "Application Theory", the content of the written test for clinical medicine and nursing positions is related professional knowledge, the content of the written test for other medical positions is basic medical knowledge; the written test for positions other than the above The content is "Administrative Vocational Aptitude Test" and "Application Theory".
To determine the interviewees, each position will determine the interviewees in a ratio of 1:3 based on the written test scores from high to low. If the number of applicants for the applied professional positions does not reach 1:3, a written test can be organized according to the original recruitment plan. After the written test, the candidates for interview can be determined based on the actual number of people with the approval of the county human resources and social security department. The list of interviewees will be published on the county talent market and Linshu Talent Online.
(2) Interview
The interview is organized and implemented by the county human resources and social security department. Several comprehensive evaluation groups are set up to organize interviews according to the application positions. The interview mainly examines the candidate's comprehensive analysis ability, organization and coordination ability, communication ability, adaptability, verbal expression ability and behavior and other aspects of quality and ability. Those who enter the interview must pay an interview examination fee of 70 yuan.
5. Time Schedule
1. Registration time and location: June 22-24, 2010, County Talent Market Talent Exchange Service Hall (No. 26 Shuxin East Street) .
2. The time and place to receive the admission ticket: 2:30-5:30 pm on June 26, 2010, Talent Exchange Service Hall of the County Talent Market.
3. Written test time and place: 9:00-11:00 am on June 27, 2010. Please refer to the "Admission Ticket" for the written test location.
After the exam, the exam results will be announced on the county talent market and Linshu Talent Network for 3 days.
6. Recruitment and Management Methods
1. After the interview, the total test scores of the candidates will be calculated based on the ratio of 50 points in the written test and 50 points in the interview. Written test scores, interview scores, and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the remainder is rounded off.

After the total examination results are announced, the candidates for the assessment and physical examination will be determined from high scores to low scores according to the number of recruitment plans for each position in a 1:1 ratio. For the personnel to be hired, the hiring unit will be determined based on the majors studied and the needs of the unit, and in accordance with the principle of professional matching.
Candidates who are outstanding provincial graduates, members of the Communist Party of China, only children, or graduates from extremely poor families will be given priority in employment under the same conditions.
A social publicity system will be implemented for the personnel to be hired, with a publicity period of 7 days.
2. According to the "Implementation Measures for Public Recruitment of Personnel by Public Institutions in Shandong Province" (Lu Renfa [[[[2006] No. 23)), all employees are subject to the employment system. If the person to be hired is already employed in the enterprise, materials for the termination of the labor contract with the original unit must be provided. The probation period for employed personnel is one year, and the treatment during the probation period shall be in accordance with relevant regulations.
