4. Party A is responsible for the unified purchase of safety helmets by Party B. Party B pays a deposit based on the actual price of each helmet when receiving it. If there is any damage or loss when returning, Party A will be compensated according to the actual price.

9. Rights and Obligations of Party B

1. Party B appoints Party B as the overall person in charge of this project and actively cooperates with Party A to implement relevant work.

2. Party A will recruit corresponding construction workers according to the project progress requirements. However, female workers and accompanying family members are not allowed to enter the construction site. If any workers with family members are found, Party B shall remove them in a timely manner without any conditions. The construction personnel recruited by Party B on their own shall be assessed. The number and technical level of the recruited personnel must meet Party A’s construction requirements. Before taking up the job, construction personnel shall hold relevant certificates and provide them to Party A’s project department with relevant certificates such as ID cards and photos for filing. Only after filing the record can one start work. If Party B conceals, makes false reports, omits reports, or arranges personnel without relevant certificates to work without authorization, once discovered, Party B will bear all the corresponding responsibilities, and Party A has the right to remove violators from the site.

3. Party B should take the initiative to report to Party A the arrangement of construction personnel before entering the site. The number of workers must reach the number required by the actual work progress.

4. This project shall not be subcontracted to others. If there is subcontracting, Party A shall have the right to terminate this contract upon discovery. Party B shall withdraw from the site unconditionally. The project payment shall be settled based on 70% of the actual completed quantity on site. Party B shall not make any further request for various fees from Party A for any reason.

5. Party A conducts technical disclosure and quality acceptance in accordance with national quality acceptance specifications and assessment standards. Party B carefully organizes and implements the construction in accordance with construction drawings and specifications to ensure project quality. If the quality of the project is poor and the corporate image is damaged, Party B shall compensate for all losses caused (according to budget standards), and Party A has the right to cancel the project in a timely manner.

6.
