1. Application conditions

The fresh graduates recruited this time must graduate and obtain academic degree certificates before December 31, 2023, and still have no job unit.

For ordinary college graduates in 2023 and 2022, if their work units have not yet been confirmed, their file relationships will still be retained at the original school where they graduated, or with the graduate employment authorities at all levels (Graduate Employment Guidance Service Center ), talent exchange service agencies and public employment service agencies, as well as those who have graduated from abroad (overseas) in the same period and have completed academic certification but have not yet implemented a work unit, can apply for fresh graduate positions.

Students who graduated from foreign (overseas) teaching and research institutions at the same time refer to overseas students who studied at foreign (overseas) teaching and scientific research institutions and graduated at the same time as domestic fresh graduates. 3. Examination subjects, time and implementation methods

The content of the trial lecture is mainly based on the professional knowledge and comprehensive abilities related to the recruitment position requirements. (2) Qualification review

Before the interview, the school will review the qualifications of the candidates for the interview. During the review, the originals of the following materials of the applicant must be seen: (1) ID card; ( 2) The highest academic qualifications and degree certificates. Foreign (overseas) academic degree certificates must obtain certification certificates from the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education; (3) Vocational skill certificates or award certificates required among other qualifications.

The interview will be conducted in accordance with the interview methods formulated by our school.

The qualifying score for the interview is 60 points (out of 100 points), and the interview results will be informed to the applicants on the spot.

(4) The total score of the applicants will be calculated using a hundred-point system.

60% of the trial lecture score and 40% of the interview score will be included in the final score.

Trial lecture scores, interview scores, and total exam scores are calculated to two decimal places.

The total score is 100 points, and the passing mark is 60 points. Those who fail to pass the exam will not be hired.

If the total scores are the same, the students will be ranked according to their trial lecture scores.

IV. Physical examination and inspection

After the examination, the total score of the applicant will be determined according to the total score calculation method. Among those who pass the individual examinations (tests), they will be selected according to the recruitment position. The number of people to be recruited is determined in a 1:1 ratio from high scores to low scores to participate in the physical examination.

The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the "General Physical Examination Standards for National Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)".

The employer will organize an inspection for those who pass the physical examination, and determine the list of personnel to be hired based on the inspection and physical examination results.

The list of personnel to be hired will be published on the Jiangsu Provincial Human Resources and Social Security website for 7 working days.

5. Public announcement and employment

Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probation period will be assigned positions and grades; those who fail the assessment will have their employment qualifications revoked and their employment contracts terminated.

If the personnel to be hired generally have an employment contract of more than 3 years (inclusive) with the recruiting unit, they shall serve in the school for a minimum of 3 years (including the probation period) in addition to terminating the employment contract in accordance with laws and regulations.
