The ballast factory was moved together, and the ballast industrial park was established in Gutuo, far away from the residence. More than 6 million yuan was invested to build 3 kilometers of high-standard cement roads and 3 productive roads to facilitate the development of the park.

Eight large-scale pollution-free ballast plants with an investment of 5 million yuan and a daily output of 1 10,000 tons were planned. Four ballast factories have been put into trial production, and the other four have been completed and put into operation in April 2008 with an investment of 3 million yuan. Upon completion, the park will become the largest ballast industrial park in northern Henan, realizing the goal of becoming a strong industrial town. The small towns in Tangzhuang built according to the new urbanization standards have created a good political environment and geographical conditions for foreign enterprises to settle in Tangzhuang high-tech private industrial park. More than 10 enterprises have invested in Tangzhuang Private Industrial Park, including Weihui Yinlida Color Printing Factory, Xinxiang Yinlu Textile Co., Ltd., Xinxiang Limin Machinery Factory and Xinxiang Kaiyuan Textile Co., Ltd.
