3. Introduction conditions
(1) Age requirements
Professors and other senior professional titles must be under 50 years old (including 50 years old, the same below), Doctoral candidates must be under 45 years old, and master's degree candidates must be under 30 years old (requirements for majors in short supply may be relaxed appropriately).
(2) Discipline leaders
Discipline leaders refer to: project leaders of the National Natural Science Foundation or the National Social Science Fund; the main recipients of provincial and ministerial second-class scientific research awards or above Completers (top 3); main finishers (top 3) who have won first prize or above for provincial teaching achievements, etc.
(3) Academic requirements
Doctoral and master's degree candidates must have graduated from key universities, and the majors studied at the postgraduate stage are consistent or similar to the majors studied at the undergraduate stage. Master's students must study full-time in key universities during their undergraduate studies.
4. Introduction Policy
(1) Discipline Leaders
1. Upon expiration of 8 years of service, a house with an area of ??more than 100m2 will be given as a gift; 2. Provide a job Living allowance of RMB 150,000-200,000 (received annually); 3. (2) Fresh PhD students
Majors in short supply: 1. After 8 years of service, a house of more than 100 square meters will be given as a gift; 2. A working and living subsidy of 100,000 yuan (annual Receive); 3. (3) Master's degree students
1. Provide single-room low-rent housing for living, or provide suites for rent or purchase (for purchasers, one unit per person; for renters, 1 suite for each person in shortage majors, 1 suite for every 2 people in non-short-demand majors); 2. 5. Application Instructions

6. Inspection Procedure
(1) Each employing unit shall preliminary review the application materials according to the unit’s recruitment plan and determine the personnel to be inspected at a rate of no less than three times the number of candidates in the recruitment plan. Please submit the list to the Human Resources Department.
(2) The Human Resources Department will review the candidates submitted by the employer for inspection based on the recruitment plan and the relevant school regulations. Those who meet the conditions will be registered with numbers, and the list of inspectors will be sent to each employer.
(3) The Personnel Department will notify the candidates to come to the school for interviews.
(4) Applicants should bring their own blank employment agreement, "Employment Recommendation Form", starting academic diploma, degree certificate, ID card, graduate certificate and achievement materials that can show their scientific research level and ability. Award certificates, etc., go to the Personnel Office to complete the registration procedures.
(5) The assessment team conducts business assessment on the candidates. Master's degree candidates will be inspected by each employer, and the results will be reported to the Human Resources Department after sorting them. If the business assessment results are good or above, the Human Resources Department will organize an interview.
