How to apply for social security registration for new insured units?

Processing time: the employer shall handle the social insurance registration within 30 days from the date of establishment.

Carrying formalities: The insured unit shall, with its business license, registration certificate, organization code certificate, employee files and labor contract, go to the relevant branches of the Municipal Social Security Bureau to handle the insurance payment business according to the principle of territorial management, and shall also provide the wage fund use manual, the number of employees and the salary report. If the "Manual for the Use of Wage Funds" is not applied when participating in the insurance, it will be supplemented when handling the first payment or the next report.

Handling Department: If the new insured unit is located in Chaoyang, Kuancheng, Nanguan, Erdao, Luyuan, Shuangyang and Economic, High-tech and Jingyue Development Zone, the branch of the Municipal Social Security Bureau shall handle the insurance registration; The subordinate units of FAW Group and Sihuan Group are registered by FAW Branch; The units of Changjiang Road Development Zone are registered by Kuancheng Branch; Units stationed in Xixin Economic and Technological Development Zone shall be registered by Green Park Branch (units in some areas of FAW Factory shall be registered by FAW Branch in accordance with the notice of the Municipal Social Security Bureau on the division of 20 10 expansion area of FAW Branch).
