Guide for employers to handle new social security accounts

Step 1: Register your employer online.

The employer logs on to the online social insurance service platform in Beijing, clicks online registration of newly-added insured units in the main interface of the website, selects initial login, enters the organization code and name of the unit, and clicks OK. Enter the "Company Online Registration-Enter Information" interface, and enter the company information accurately. Enter the information and click "Save" to print the Information Registration Form of Social Insurance Units in Beijing (in duplicate). If "Bank Payment" is selected as the payment method, the Payment Agreement of Beijing Social Insurance Bank and Company Bank Information (Attached Table) (in duplicate) shall be printed at the same time. Finally, please return to Submit.

Matters needing attention in inputting company information:

(1) The insured units are the following 13 banks. Please choose "Bank Payment" as the payment method: Bank of Beijing, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Postal Savings Bank, Agricultural Bank, Rural Commercial Bank, China CITIC Bank, China Everbright Bank, China Guangfa Bank, Bank of Communications, Minsheng Bank, China Merchants Bank and China Bank.

(2) For the company that chooses the bank payment method, please ask the bank of the company to obtain an accurate and effective exchange number (generally 2-5 digits), and then select and enter it online;

(3) If you have any questions in the process of information entry, please refer to the index description and user operation precautions in the Beijing Social Insurance Unit Information Registration Form at the top of the webpage interface.

(4) Special note: Special characters such as "#" and "-"cannot be entered when inputting information.

Step 2: Sign a payment agreement with the bank.

1. The employing unit that chooses the "bank payment" method should first sign the Letter of Intent for Bank Payment Cooperation at the company's account opening bank, and then go to the social security center to open a new account for the company's social security. After handling the new company social security account opening business, go to the account opening bank again to agree on payment methods (bank withholding, counter payment and online banking payment), and sign an electronic withholding agreement.

2. The employer who chooses "social security payment" method must first sign the "Beijing Special Collection and Payment Authorization for the Same City" with the following information at the employer's bank, and then go to the social security center to handle the new social security account opening business.

Step 3: Bring the following information to the social security center to open an account.

1, Beijing Social Insurance Unit Information Registration Form in duplicate.

2. Copy of business license or legal person certificate and copy.

3. A copy of the organization code certificate and one copy each.

4. The original and photocopy of the corporate identity card of the enterprise (or institution).

5. One original and one copy of the bank account opening license (an application for opening a unit bank settlement account is also required for ordinary households to open an account).

6. Units that choose the "social security payment" method: submit the original and photocopy of the "Authorization Letter for Special Collection in the Same City of Beijing" 1 copy; Units that choose "bank payment" method: submit the payment agreement of Beijing Social Insurance Bank, company bank information (attached table) and letter of intent for bank payment cooperation in duplicate.

To open an account in a branch, in addition to the materials required by the above 1-7, you must also provide a copy of the organization code of the head office, a copy of the business license, a copy of the legal person ID card, and a power of attorney issued by the head office (the head office entrusts the branch office to handle relevant social security matters), all of which are stamped with the official seal of the head office.

Step 4: Buy digital certificate and open online declaration service.

1. Use the following materials and related expenses to purchase the digital certificate: (The following materials need to be stamped with the official seal of the company)

① One original and one copy of the organization code certificate;

② One original and one copy of the social insurance registration certificate;

③ One original and one copy of the business license (copy) or other certificate of approval for establishment;

(4) One original and one copy of the valid identity certificate of the agent;

⑤ Beijing Digital Certificate Application Form in duplicate.

2. Fill in the application form and commitment letter (with official seal) in the business window with the digital certificate USB flash drive, and activate the digital certificate at the same time.

3. If it is a Beijing CA certificate sharing local tax and provident fund, please bring the certificate USB flash drive and official seal, and go to the business window to fill in the application form and the power of attorney for the multi-purpose digital certificate.

Precautions:

1. Business processing time: 5th to 25th every month;

2. Business handling post: social security center registered business post;

3. After the new account is opened successfully, the employer can log on to the online social insurance service platform in Beijing to handle the increase of the insured's business, and pay attention to whether the bank deduction is successful at any time before the 20th of the following month. If it is not successful, please find out the reason and pay in time.

4. Please print or copy the materials submitted by the employer on A4 paper and affix the official seal of the employer.
