Social security card has not collected information where to collect

(i) establish business management systems, databases and information networks suitable for card usage that provide back-end support for the application of social security cards;

(ii) have the technical force to support the management and application of social security cards, including personnel, equipment, etc., and be able to quickly complete the system layout for the application of social security cards;

(iii) formulate standardized and feasible implementation plans, including application design programs, cost solutions, information collection programs and specific issuance programs, etc.

(iv) Establishment of a scientific and perfect social security card issuance and management system and clear internal control procedures, as well as a plan to deal with emergencies;

(v) Other conditions stipulated by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.

Article 4 Employers and individuals within the territory of the People's Republic of China*** and the State of China shall, in accordance with the law, pay social insurance premiums, have the right to inquire into the records of payment, records of individual rights and interests, and to request that the social insurance agency provide social insurance counseling and other related services.

Individuals enjoy social insurance benefits in accordance with the law, and have the right to supervise the payment of contributions for them by their own units.

Article 5: The people's governments at or above the county level shall incorporate the cause of social insurance into their national economic and social development plans.

The State raises funds for social insurance through multiple channels. The people's governments at or above the county level give necessary financial support to the social insurance cause.

The State supports social insurance through preferential tax policies.
