Personal social security expenses can be reimbursed for having children, as follows:

1, medical expenses for natural delivery. Level III Hospital 1900 yuan, Level II Hospital 1800 yuan, Level I Hospital 1700 yuan;

2. Medical expenses for manual intervention in childbirth. Level 3 hospital 2 100 yuan, level 2 hospital 2,000 yuan, level 1 hospital 1900 yuan;

3. Medical expenses for cesarean section without other operations. 3,800 yuan for tertiary hospitals, 3,700 yuan for secondary hospitals and 3,500 yuan for primary hospitals;

4. Medical expenses for cesarean section and other operations. The tertiary hospital is 4000 yuan, the secondary hospital is 3900 yuan, and the primary hospital is 3600 yuan.

Legal basis: Article 31 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law.

According to the needs of management services, social insurance agencies can sign service agreements with medical institutions and pharmaceutical business units to standardize medical service behavior.

Medical institutions shall provide reasonable and necessary medical services for the insured.

Article 29

The medical expenses of the insured shall be paid by the basic medical insurance fund, and shall be directly settled by social insurance agencies, medical institutions and pharmaceutical business units.

The administrative department of social insurance and the administrative department of health shall establish a settlement system for medical expenses in different places to facilitate the insured to enjoy the basic medical insurance benefits.
