1. Call the Social Security Bureau for telephone consultation;

2. Bring my ID card to the local social security center for enquiry.

3. Online inquiry:

(1) Log in to "XXX Human Resources and Social Security Network" and enter the home page of this website;

(2) Click "Social Security Inquiry Portal" and enter the ID number and password for inquiry.

Second, the social security card activation materials

With my original social security card and ID card, I activated the social security card at the corresponding bank outlet, and the medical insurance account returned to normal after activation.
