Why is there no medical insurance for social security?

The social security paid does not include medical insurance. From the second half of 20021,the social security bureau and the medical insurance bureau were separated. Paying social security means endowment insurance, unemployment insurance, work injury insurance, and no maternity insurance. Medical insurance exists as a separate insurance, which is separate from social security. Therefore, the social security paid now does not include medical insurance, but it also requires units and individuals to purchase it.
