Open a unit account by the housing provident fund management center; Hold the Summary Form of Housing Provident Fund and Housing Subsidy for New Employees, the Approved Adjustment Form of Housing Provident Fund and Housing Subsidy for New Employees and the account opening materials to the entrusted bank, and the entrusted bank will open individual accounts for employees. Basic materials required:
1. Registration Form for Housing Provident Fund Unit Registration and Account Opening;

How to open an account for housing provident fund?
The unit shall go to the housing provident fund management center for the registration of housing provident fund deposit, and after being audited by the housing provident fund management center, set up a housing provident fund account for its employees at the entrusted bank. Each employee can only have one housing provident fund account. If the unit newly opens an account, the unit manager shall go through the account opening procedures at the housing provident fund management center.
The account-opening unit shall fill in the Registration Form of Housing Provident Fund Unit Deposit and the settlement book of Housing Provident Fund (both forms are in triplicate) and affix the official seal of the unit; Bring a copy of 1 organization code certificate and business license of enterprise as a legal person to the housing provident fund management department for account opening registration. After approval, a company account will be set up.
The undertaking bank shall set up individual accounts of housing provident fund employees for the account opening unit; With the "Notice of Remittance and Payment of Housing Provident Fund in Nantong City", go through the payment formalities at the undertaking bank; To undertake the printing of "Housing Provident Fund Savings Card" by the bank, which will be distributed to employees by the unit. Employees can inquire about personal deposits, withdrawals, interest settlement, balances, etc. Use their cards.
