1, non-Beijing hukou, pension insurance cannot be transferred to Beijing. Because, at present, social security transfer in different places (inter-provincial) can only transfer old-age insurance to hukou, and urban hukou is also needed.

2, non-Beijing hukou, can not pay social security in Beijing, must pay through the unit. Only Beijing urban hukou can pay social security by itself and participate in pension, medical care and unemployment insurance at the same time. Trust the personal files to the talent center where the household registration is located, and then apply for insurance, ID card, household registration book and photos there.
